💜 Lavender Palmer 💜

* 5oz lemonade
* 2.5oz lavender tea
* 1oz honey or agave
* 1oz pea flower extract
* Fresh lavender
* Lemon wheels
 
In a glass, combine lemonade, lavender tea, sweetener and pea flower extract. Stir to mix ingredients. Adjust pea flower and sweetener until desired color and level of sweetness are achieved. Add ice and garnish with lavender and lemon. Enjoy!

February Fig Basil Cocktail 🍹

Ingredients:

- 2 oz fresh fig puree (about 4 ripe figs, blended)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 oz gin or vodka
- Fresh basil leaves (about 6-8, plus a sprig for garnish)
- Club soda (to top)
- Ice
- Fresh figs and basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Make Fig Puree: Blend fresh figs until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired for a smoother texture.

2. Muddle Basil: In a cocktail shaker, add fresh basil leaves and muddle gently to release the oils.

3. Combine Ingredients: Add the fig puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin or vodka to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

4. Strain: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

5. Top Off: Add a splash of club soda for a little fizz.

6. Garnish: Garnish with a sprig of basil and a slice of fresh fig.
