A touch-up is not always the answer.
A lot of older permanent makeup doesn’t actually need more pigment.
It needs:
less saturation,
better shape balance,
or time to fade properly before being worked on again.
Adding more ink to already heavy brows is often what creates the long-term “blocky” look people eventually regret.
Sometimes restraint creates the better outcome.
That’s why I evaluate healed work first instead of automatically scheduling touch-ups.
