is back for the start to the weekend!

from spam musabi to curry donburi the team at shokakko have you taste buds covered. we also have been enjoy pairing our beers with their food as well.

our beer lineup has changed a lot over the week. little light hazy pale ale is back on tap and this batch has powerful aromatics and an intense palate for a lower abv pale ale.

we are all highly energized after wrapping up three trivia rounds this week. come see us for cold fresh beer, hot and tasty food, are great service.

lager than life!

clean, crisp, and refreshing lagers are some of our brewers favorite beers. their lower and more approachable abv are enticing even in the middle of the day.

did you know that the very first beer we made on our 10bbl system was our pils? the german word "lagern" means to store. we let these beers rest longer than our ales for many reasons including clarity. our oktober and los tecolotes are also lagers. we will be producing more lagers as the warmer summer months get closer.

come in today and try our lagers, ales, and Dino’s Greek Food Truck he has some of the best greek food in sonoma county. lamb and chicken are the main stars of some of his dishes. thinking vegetarian? try the falafel! adam loves the greek salad with or without lamb....but get the lamb.....if ya know what's right.

Camacho's Southern Style BBQ and his smoky goodness are here today!

round 1 of 2025 starts now! oscar and his team always roll deep in the 'que. they came with a lot today and we are here for it. you can't go wrong with meat on a platter but give the el sancho a try and don't sleep on the sides. the mac salad is the best this side of the mississippi.

& the pork-a-dilla is on the menu today!!!

as for beer! 7 & citra quietly made its way back on tap. we are always happier when this beer is on tap.

doctor rendezvous west coast ipa will be making it's return to our taps very soon as well. need some help kicking some kegs!

so come down for some bar-b-que, beer, and playoff football!

is in the house today at 3:30 with a mole special & we want to announce we are doing an event with them later this month(scroll down for event details)
*no micheladas are available today*

as for today, tita made a special mole for today and were reaching for a robust porter to double up the chocolate notes in the mole with the big fudge notes in our porter. or try our single origin: vanilla porter for your pairing.

last year we sourced dozens of coffee beans and we infused our "sleeping car porter' and we found that we loved the comoros vanilla beans. tasting notes for these beans are creamy vanilla, pronounced marshmallow and chocolate aromatics. we have this beer plus 15 others on tap and over 15 to-go options.

we packaged our first mexican-style lager, los tecolotes, in cans recently and that inspired us to collab with again for our second michelada event on january 26th.
tajin rim, michealda mix, mixed with fresh tecolotes, & a squeeze of lime. refreshing is an understatement. tita will be making some special menu items that day including:
-birriaquiles (made with los tecolotes)
-breaksfast burrito
-and more!
regular menu available as well.

dreams of jupiter is back on tap and Lila's Streetside Eats is serving up food today!

dreams of jupiter, our dry-hopped red ale brewed with simcoe and centennial hops. expect notes of pine, figs, and dried citrus, all balanced by a toasty malt profile that’s as festive as the season.

adopt a dog at our first adopt-a-thon event with

amanda and her team will have a dozen or more dogs that will be available for adoption. we will have vendors including our neighbors who off low stress cage free grooming. they will also be doing free dog tags for all attendees. finally they will be donating gift cards that will be a part of some bigger raffle items. raffle winners will be announced at the end of the event.

stay tuned as other vendors will be announced soon.

bring out your dogs and enjoy a few fresh beer on sunday, december 8th from 12:30-3:30pm

meet diego!

diego is a cellar all-star and all-around team player.

diego has been quietly and seemingly effortlessly lifting up our whole production team since the start of the summer.

we were lucky to sn**ch him and get him in here. though he comes from many years in the wine industry, he was a natural fit here. the products and processes are very different, but there is a lot of overlap, and his conscientiousness, curiosity, and regard for safety and sanitation made for an easy jump.

he has mastered the keg washer, our reverse osmosis system, and pretty much everything else we can stick to him.

thanks for all you do!

today we have Galvan’s Eatery in the house from 12:30-7:30pm they are serving up all your favorites on this beautiful day. crispy panchos, super quesadillas, big burritos, and super tasty birria. dont forget to get some consommé.

our draft board is full of fresh options and we have a dozen plus togo options as well.

it's time for a crispy seltzer paired with crispy tacos from Galvan’s Eatery

we have two seltzers on tap tonight. strawberry orange and cara cara passionfruit. comment below with seltzer flavor ideas for the future!

speaking of tacos... the galvan's crew has crispy carnitas, tasty al pastor, birria for days...all of which make amazing burritos, grilled cheese sandos, quesadillas, and more.

we have 14 beers on tap too including fresh batches of kaleidoscope, 7 & Citra, s'mosaic, and our new beer angelic.

7 & citra Is back on tap today and six fresh beers packaged yesterday in cans! look, it's dad!

7 & citra - hazy ipa: the name of this beer says it all, featuring the intersection of idaho 7 and citra hops. if there was ever a contender to prism's throne as staff favorite ipa, this beer would be it. bold notes of ripe pineapple, sweet melon, and juicy tropical fruit are tempered by a pleasantly soft dankness. 7.8% abv

peach cobbler - smoothie-style kettle sour: massive amounts of peach puree combine with vanilla, cinnamon and graham cracker extract to give you peach pie in a glass! aromas of freshly baked peaches, warm pie crust and baking spices work together to make this a dessert in a glass. 6.5% abv

we also have newcomer to our draft list! introducing angelic:

angelic - west-coast pale ale that benefits research for ALS. see sunday's post for more info on the beer.

s'mosaic - west-coast ipa: our flagship west-coast ipa features simcoe and mosaic hops. this beer epitomizes the modern west-coast hop profile with clean, sharp notes of grapefruit pith, pine resin and citrus zest. just a taste, and you'll be begging for s'more s'mosaic! 7.2% abv

prism - hazy ipa: our (unofficial) staff favorite ipa features simcoe, citra, and nelson hops. silky notes of tropical fruit candy, ripe mango and soft citrus are balanced out by a light and pillowy body. If you're a kaleidoscope fan, make sure to give prism a try. 6.6% abv

our food vendor today is Dino’s Greek Food Truck we have really enjoyed having dino and his team back in action at the brewery. come give their lamb, falafel, large salads, and more a try today in the tasting room or out on our patio.

49ers vs cowboys starts at 5:20 today. we will continue serving beer until the conclusion of the game! game volume will be on!

come out and finish your weekend with us and Cousins Maine Lobster
warm lobster bisque on a cool fall today sounds great to us. even better when you pair it with a fresh batch of our crisp pilsner.
