Our beers are made on site in our brewery from a combination of locally foraged ingredients, regionally native grains, and wild hop varieties. borhood businesses. Our sustainable brewing methods allow us to produce exceptional beers, only available in Minnesota. Our executive chef uses the same methodology as our master brewer to obtain the finest local ingredients for our wood fired pizzas. Everything about Forager is exceptional by nature. The Forager Cafe is open and home to fresh roasted artisan coffee, house-made juice, fresh smoothies and scratch-made breakfast. The Cafe is located just inside the entrance of Forager Brewery. Our chefs utilize fresh and local ingredients in order to provide you with a delicious menu that will have you energized for the entire day. Our full menu of food and beverages is available from 8am-11am daily. All beverages (coffee, smoothies, juices) are available 8am-3pm daily."

The third and FINAL barrel-aged bottle release for our 11th Anniversary Celebration: Double-Barrel Double-Goggle Vision!

This one has been a long time coming. It spent 26 months in Old Fitzgerald barrels before getting another 14 months in Maple Blanton’s barrels.

Then we finished it with toasted + fresh coconut, cocoa nibs from Ghana, vanilla beans from Zanzibar and Comoros, and three varieties of cinnamon.

That’s 40 months in barrels before making its way to you.
