🎉 TODAY IS THE DAY! WE'RE OFFICIALLY OPEN! 🎉

For the first time since March, we're opening our doors and welcoming guests back to Saints on Second! 🍽️🥂

As we begin this exciting new chapter, we want to give a special shoutout to the incredible team at Ellis Adams Group (EAG) for helping us prepare for this moment!

With a global presence spanning North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Oceania, the Caribbean, and Latin America, Ellis Adams Group brings a world of hospitality experience and expertise to the table. 🌎

Their passion for creating unforgettable experiences through storytelling, innovation, and genuine human connections goes far beyond traditional hospitality training.

We were incredibly fortunate to have their talented team right here in Rochester, working hands-on with our staff to build confidence, refine service standards, and inspire a fresh approach to the guest experience.

Their energy, knowledge, and dedication have made a lasting impression on our team, and we couldn't be more grateful!

After months of renovations, preparation, and training, we're finally ready to show Rochester what we've been working on! ❤️

Yesterday and today, we have the pleasure of welcoming our employees, their families, and friends to Saints on Second for a special test kitchen experience!

From familiar favorites to exciting new dishes, it is wonderful to see our newly renovated space filled with smiling faces, laughter, and great food again. 🥰
