French Onion Soup - Beef broth, caramelized onions, topped with a gruyere cheese smothered crouton.

Giant Brisket Stuffed Baked Potato - Half pound of slow braised beef brisket over a giant baked potato, smothered in brown gravy, a sharp cheddar cheese sauce, sliced red serrano chiles and green onions.

Pork Cutlet Sandwich - All natural pork tenderloin*, pounded and breaded with grilled onion, roasted red pepper coulee, fresh basil aioli and melted provolone cheese on Big Ed’s toasted Alehouse bun.
Served with lettuce, tomato, pickle and our kettle chips.
