We have to make a sudden change of plans due to an eminent emergency

Sunday 14th is our last day, but on behalf of our staff we truly appreciate every one of you who has been our guest for this time

For our guests that reserved a table for the September 15th, we are very sorry for this abrupt change

Our last day will be this Sept. 15th, 2025 - from opening (11am) until closing (9pm)

Wow! What a journey this has been...

After almost 6 years of pushing the limit on serving genuine Mexican & Latin recipes, unique Mezcal cocktails, & service that welcomes you the moment you walk through the door, we have to say goodbye.

We can't thank you enough for all the memories & good times we've had! Such an honor to be in service to an incredible community.

We also want to appreciate every single one of you that has been part of our team from the beginning and throughout the years; none of this would have been possible without your effort.

In hopes of closing this chapter on a positive note, we invite you to join us on our last weekend, this Friday September 12th, 2025 through Sunday the 14th from 11am until close!

Let's have some Mezcal drinks, delicious cuisine & one final weekend at Carnaval, the Best Central Oregon Restaurant and create heartwarming moments we'll cherish dearly as we close this amazing chapter that we'll be forever grateful for!
