JOB TITLE: Brewery / Cellar Assistant
LOCATION: Redlands, CA
POSITION TYPE: Part Time, Hourly Employee
EXPERIENCE:
- Homebrewing experience is a big plus
- Microbiology background a plus
- Starting Part-Time and Full-Time may be offered to co-worker showing value and strong work ethic

POSITION SUMMARY: Brewery / Cellar Assistant – Learn from the best in the business! Work side by side with the lead brewer in the Production Department. Tasks include but not limited to cleaning equipment maintaining clean sanitary environment. Milling of grains, following fermentation maturation & CIP on cellar equipment. Knowledge on brewing process is a must. Will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment needed to manage yeast, monitor fermentation, and packaging beer in a variety of containers including kegs, cans and bottles. Assists in a variety of aspects throughout the brewing process as needed including maintenance of facilities and grounds.
