It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to close the doors to our Redlands tasting room.

Despite our best efforts over the course of the Covid-19 pandemic this year, our lease is coming to an end and we have decided to not renew it for the future.

We will be focusing our resources on our two Orange County tasting rooms in Fullerton and Costa Mesa where we have added our food truck and food aspects to enjoy with our beers.

We would love for you to stop by one of our Orange County locations for great beer and great food.

It’s finally happening! Our REDLANDS tasting room is back open for full service , from 4 PM - 9 PM, daily!!! With addition of delicious food for your belly from and some new guidelines for your safety, we will now be able to have you come and enjoy beers and pizza with us! We are doing our best to follow CDC, State, County and City guidelines, so you may notice some necessary changes when you come to visit.

Our staff have all completed food handler certifications and Covid-19 safety training courses. We’ve taken the necessary steps to have spaced out seating, mandatory employee masks, and frequent sanitation and cleaning procedures. Your safety and the safety of our staff is at the forefront of our new plan to open, so please have a look below at our new guidelines for dining in with us:

-Masks are required for entry and when not seated at a table (e.g. Restroom visits). We will have disposable masks for sale at the door
-If you are feeling ill, please stay home
-There will be a two hour table limit (Seating is very limited)
-Hand sanitizer will be provided at all entry/exit points and near restrooms
-You must check in and be seated by our Host, prior to entry
-No service at the counter (We will be providing full table service only)
-No outside food or drink allowed
-Each transaction that is not to-go, must have at least one food item ordered
-All orders will be placed with servers visiting the tables
-Please do not move any tables. We have spaced them to provide at least 6 ft. clearance
-Reservations will be taken by phone until our online reservation service with OpenTable is ready.
-Please practice social distancing from other tables ⠀
Please understand these new guidelines serve to keep us compliant with the current laws in effect. They’re new to us as well, but we are working really hard fo make this a great and safe environment for you and our staff! We can’t wait to see you all!
