Join us Saturday, June 13 for live music, food & drink specials, cake (yes, cake 🎂), Passport stamps, and a little adventure we’re calling the McMenamins 43rd Anniversary Hunt: Search for the Barley Brew!

We’ve got a stacked lineup on the stage:
🎶 Seismic Standard - Noon–2pm
🎶 Whiskey Deaf - 3–5pm
🎶 The Old Yellers - 6–9pm

And for the explorers… visit select McMenamins locations June 1–13, collect your stamps + buttons, and finish the hunt at Barley Mill on June 13 to discover the Barley Brew + earn a limited tie-dye bucket hat 👀

At Barley Mill Pub, this isn’t just decor, it’s the original barley mill. Heavy, a little scrappy, and full of history (yes, it started life as a kitty litter grinder… we love a glow-up).

Rescued from Cartwright Brewery, it’s a piece of Oregon beer history sitting right where you can see it.

Kind of hard to miss. Kind of impossible not to appreciate. 🍺

The beer for our birthday/anniversary has been milled and is well on its way to Hillsdale Pub to be brewed! This annual tradition is known as the Barley Brew, and many people who are near and dear to us participate by adding a keepsake to the brewing process. For example, see the last photo to check out what the McMenamins gardening crew added: An olive branch to manifest peace this upcoming year 🌿

You'll be able to get your hands on a pint of this special beer on our birthday: June 13th! It's going to be a party with live music from noon to 9pm! Come on out and celebrate with us 🎂

The Grateful Veg Mezza brings together hummus, feta-yogurt dip, marinated olives, fresh veggies, and warm pita. Simple, colorful, and meant to be passed around the table.
