ONE LOUDER IPA
Oringinally brewed for our 11th Anniversary, we took a crisp, fruity IPA and turn it up to 11! Our first beer with Columbus Cryo Hop, we also utilized some Krush, Citra, and Simcoe. we built the balance a little different this time around and ended up with a dank, resiny IPA with plenty of Tropical Pineapple to carry it along. Its loud, but you can handle it. Cheers to many more years to come!

FIRST LIGHT KOLSCH
As we settle into the spring, we bring you our German-style Kolsch with Tettnang Hops for a slightly fruity and herbal’n’spicy crispy boi that should quench any thirst you can reasonably muster.

Nothing good happens when we forget about our communities, and act alone trying to take over the world. No Kings, Love your neighbor. This WC IPA is a balanced attack of Tropical Fruit and Bright Citrus. Assertive, yet approachable. Proceeds from the sale of this beer in draft and can will be donated directly to

100% Saaz Hops compliment the bready malt character of this traditional European lager. Dry, Herbal Spice, Crisp & Clean.

Double dry-hopped with New School German darling Hallertau Blanc hops and Lorien hops from our dear pals at Indie Hops. Expect notes of White Wine Grape, Lemon-Lime citrus, and Melon

Anyone Wanna Zwickel??

Come on down to the brewery at 2239 SE 11th Ave from 11:00-5:00 for free samples in the production facility, STRAIGHT FROM THE ZWICKEL! This is your annual opportunity to bug the brewers and see where they are always hiding out…

There are 18 breweries participating, all of which have contributed to a dedicated shuttle bus to charter you to as many breweries as you can respectfully visit, on 2 separate routes. Buses pick up every 30 minutes assuring you ample opportunity to travel safely and swiftly.

Happy Oregon Beer Month! We have a couple fresh IPA’s off the line for you to enjoy. 🤘🤘  SUPER SECRET WEST COAST IPA
Stepping back into the realm of secrecy to explore some new flavor profiles! Utilizing a new to us Pilsner base malt from Rahr Malting and a totally new hop combination of Sultana and Cryo Simcoe. Expect Stone Fruit & Pineapple with some dank resiny piney notes up front, and to bring it all home we doubled the dose of these hops in the cold side as well to boost some more stone fruit and citrus character.

FREQUENCY ILLUSION WEST COAST IPA
A magical blend of our favorite hops for IPA’s. Originally brewed in collaboration with Block 15 Brewing in Corvallis, OR, we loved it so much we decided to run it back for another round! Crisp, Dry West Coast IPA w/ a tart citrus, sweet fruit, and a touch of a tropical kiss in the finish.

The slumber of the Winter months have began to wane, and a new year in the brewery is officially gaining steam. We have reminisced, we have rested, and now it’s time to get rolling!

We have 3 fresh beers hitting the shelves to spice up your lives.

GOLD WATER CZECH PILSNER
100% Saaz Hops compliment the bready malt character of this traditional European lager. Dry, Herbal Spice, Crisp & Clean.

SUN BREAK WEST COAST IPA
Striking a chord between West Coast & Southern Hemisphere Hops, this IPA riff immediately hits you in the face with aromas of dank, over-ripened tropical fruit thanks to the New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin Hops. Cascade and Strata hops offer up some nice bright citrus and passionfruit notes. Finishing dry and unassumingly easy for such an assertive hop profile.
6.7% ABV

DARK THOUGHTS BLACK IPA
A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts Black IPA is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. Dryhopped with .666 lbs per barrel of Columbus & Mosaic hops.
6.66% ABV

A once hopeful dream realized, this thing will stand the test of time, helping our friends power through the wet and windy winter! We seriously thank you for all your patience as we tackled this project, we are SO STOKED on how it turned out. We hope you are too.
