It’s Fall, even though it doesn’t feel like it yet…trust us, we are amateur meteorologists in our free time.

Here are 2 b**rs to help you feel better about it.

DARK THOUGHTS BLACK IPA
A classic IPA possessed with a maniacal evil, Dark Thoughts Black IPA is brewed with cold-steeped roasted malts for an eerily smooth darkness. Dryhopped with .666 lbs per barrel of Columbus & Mosaic hops.
6.66% ABV

GHOSTPHOBIA COLLABORATION IPA
We worked with our friends at Totopia Brewing outside Nagoya, Japan just under a year ago to create a unique and flavorful IPA. With PNW Grown Dolcita, NZ grown Riwaka and some new age flair with Columbus Cryo Hop in the mix. We created something truly spectacular. Flavors of Tropical Stone Fruit, Grapefruit, Peach Ring candy, with a touch of creamy coconut. Nothing to be scared of, just give it a chance!
6.5 % ABV

Introducing…Cub Light! 🧸🧸🧸
Our newest addition to the catalog ready for its glow up.

We have been working on this idea, a refreshing light l***r using 100% American grown ingredients with a modern hop profile. After it was all said and done we are tagging it as a West Coast L***r.

✨Bright and Hoppy ✨
✨Highly approachable ✨
✨Highly Flavorful ✨

Times are a changing, always, and we felt it was time for a new approach to one of the most approachable b**r style we all know and love. Even taking a run through the fresh hop fields with it before we fully let it out is the cage.

With a predominant focus on Lorien Hops from our pals at Indie Hops LLC, bringing a bright Lemon-Lime Citrus character with notes of fresh spring flowers. To bring up the body a bit we brought in some Krush hops to add a nice full flavored tangy pineapple twist while keeping the ABV down at 4.2%

We are quite pleased with the result, something new, yet still familiar. As the seasons change, preferences will too. We hope this little Cub finds its way into your fridge and into your glass throughout the changes.

Come by John's Marketplace on SE Powell this Saturday from 3:00-6:00 and drink B**R THAT PROTECTS FARMLAND!

A big shout out to Oregon Agricultural Trust for putting this together. We are so honored to participate in this industry wide collaboration highlighting the bounty of the Oregon.

This year we brewed a WC IPA with Goshie Farms grown Willamette Promise Malt and Coleman Agriculture grown Cascade, Amarillo, & Citra Hops.

The b**r has flavors of fresh citrus, grapefruit, and orange with a backing of fresh pine resin. The malt provides a solid bready backbone to round out the flavor profile.

PUNK ROCK TIME WEST COAST IPA *FRESH HOP*
Fresh CHINOOK Hops from Coleman Farms boost the Tropical, Fruity and Piney flavors in our Flagship IPA with just enough angst to keep us determined. We snuck a little FRESH STRATA in the Hot side for this one too, bringing an added dose of Pineapple and Passionfruit taking it to another level. “This is not the time to be dismayed, this is punk rock time. This is what Joe Strummer trained you for.” - Henry Rollins
6.7% ABV

PIONEER ESB *FRESH HOP*
Slightly Malt forward English-stye Ale with the generous aroma of FRESH MT. HOOD HOPS. The English malts used provide a nice, soft biscuit sweetness, when coupled with the hop flavor brings a little orange marmalade to the palate.
5.4% ABV

CUB LIGHT American L***r W/ FRESH LORIEN
One our newer Light L***rs in rotation, a perfect showcase for the Lorien Hops from Indie Hops LLC. Crisp and Clean with layers of Lemon-Lime, Honeydew Melon, and Spring Flowers upfront and present. A very refreshing choice this Fresh Hop Season.

NEVER FRESH’R Pale Ale W/ FRESH LUMINOSA
More Indie Hops LLC magic showcased here in our West Coast Pale Ale. Peachy notes combine with Tropical notes of Guava and Papaya with subtle undertones of Wild berries and citrus peel.

STAY FRESH W/ FRESH SIMCOE
This one hits you right in the feels. All the notes we love about West Coast IPA’s turned up with a firm, fresh kick! Grapefruit, Pine, and allium all hit you up front, but dont forget about the underlying beautiful fruitier notes of Passionfruit and Stonefruit.

FRESH HOP SEASON IS IN FULL EFFECT!

We have been up and down this beautiful valley collecting hops from Coleman Agriculture and Goshie Farms the last couple weeks. And now, it’s time to start enjoy the fruits of our labor.

FRESH NOISE West Coast IPA w/ Fresh Centennial Hops in NOW ON TAP.
Harvested from Goshie Farms, this crop of Centennials are Chalked full of Wild Berries, Bright Citrus, & a Fresh Flowery Bouquet to get you warmed up for a hop harvest season for the ages. 10 More coming down the pipeline folks, buckle up!

FREQUENCY ILLUSION WEST COAST IPA
A magical blend of our favorite hops for IPA’s. Originally brewed in collaboration with Block 15 Brewing in Corvallis, OR, this one has quickly become a Fan Favorite! Crisp, Dry West Coast IPA w/ a tart citrus, sweet fruit, and a touch of a tropical kiss in the finish.

is TOMORROW! 🎉🎉

We are always so excited for this ultimate collaboration between our 2 b**r loving communities.  This year, our friends come to the PNW.  We have teamed up with out of Saijo City on Shikoku Island to celebrate 2 things we both hold dear. Local Produce and Pristine Tap Water. ✨✨✨

Grown on the island of Shikoku, the Mishokan fruit is a local favorite of our friends at Groudtap.  This large, luscious fruit is unable to make the journey to the PNW, so we are putting together a blend of Blood Orange and Satsuma citrus to emulate the Grapefruit-like flavor the Mishokan is known for.

The island of Shikoku is also known for its Uchinuki, or Spring Water, which our friends at Groudtap use for all of their b**r making.

To honor thier local spring and the fruit additions we chose to brew a unique, but suitable, Modern Saison with none other than Bull Run Water.
