We started our Tuesday and Wednesday Blue Plate Specials to provide a value dining experience and revisit some classic dishes you may not have seen in a while. It seems the under-40 crowd has never had this dish, but others remember it as a regular part of growing up in the Midwest. Originally developed by the Pennsylvania Dutch, “Ham Loaf” was another way to stretch what you had into a delicious meal. A blend of ground ham and ground pork made in a loaf pan with a sweet glaze.
