There’s been a lot of talk lately about our award-winning menu, and, what’s not to love? 98% Gluten free, separate vegan/vegetarian menu, seed oil free - all flavor, no shortcuts. But, did you know our cocktails are 🔥 too? Plus, we have HAPPY HOUR every Sunday - Friday from 3-6. 🍋‍🟩

Patio season is coming soon. 👀

BEST BRUNCH IN PLANO is here to stay! See you this weekend. 😎

09/22/2026

Our menu is chef-driven and made from scratch, with no seed oils, ever. Whether you’re a pollo las brasas devotee, a seafood lover, or fully plant-based, there’s something here with your name on it.

And yes, we mean fully: MBC has an entire vegan and vegetarian menu. Not an afterthought or a sad side salad, but real dishes built with the same bold Latin flavors as everything else we cook.

So bring the whole crew: the picky eater, the foodie, the vegan friend who always has to “check the menu first.” We’ve got you all covered - and WE ARE HERE TO STAY.💚
