We didn’t invent liberty. We didn’t invent American wh***ey. But every day, we’re reminded that Philadelphia helped shape both.

New Liberty was founded on the belief that tradition isn’t something to admire from a distance. It’s something to build upon. To preserve what matters, improve what we can, and create the next chapter of Philadelphia’s wh***ey story.

The Kinsey Wh***ey Liberty Bell Decanter was created in that same spirit, honoring 250 years of American independence with a piece that’s unmistakably Philadelphia. Reserve your bottle today before they’re gone. Link in bio for reservations and more info.a

No two barrels are ever the same. With years of experience selecting and bottling exceptional single barrels, our team knows that every barrel tells its own story. Recently, the crew from Benash Liquors joined us at the distillery to taste through a selection of Kinsey Wh***ey, compare notes, and find the one that spoke to them. A lot of thought goes into a barrel pick, and this one is shaping up to be something special. Keep an eye on Benash Liquors. More details soon…

With this Sunday being National Bourbon Day, raise a glass to a bourbon with deep roots. Made with Pennsylvania-grown Bloody Butcher corn, an heirloom variety known for its striking red kernels and rich flavor, our Bloody Butcher Straight Bourbon celebrates the agricultural traditions that helped shape American wh***ey.

Here’s to good grain, good bourbon, and the people who keep both alive. 🥃

Before the barrel, before the still, there’s the soil. At Dancing Star Farm, Robert McDonald continues a family legacy of growing heirloom grains with care and intention, preserving what’s been here for generations while planting for the next.

Every bottle starts here.

Have you visited yet? Our Wyndmoor outpost is pouring New Liberty spirits behind the bar and across the cocktail list. Settle in, order something from the kitchen, and take it all in. And if something catches your eye, you can always bring a bottle home from the shop.
