This Tuesday, 15 September, we will open our doors with our latest menu update for the 2026 - 2027 season. We have some exciting options in store for you and your family.
We’ve modified our menu to specifically emphasize those offerings that are vegetarian, gluten free or can be easily modified to be gluten free with a slight modification like simply not including the side of crispy grilled house made bread. You’ll see each such item noted on the menu and on this Monday, our staff will be training and tasting everything so they can provide you the best recommendations possible.
You will also find that our menu will make it easier for you to make healthy dining out choices. We recognize that sometimes it can be challenging eating out and making informed healthy choices and we think that you will find this much more simple with our new menu.
We are featuring 8 options for appetizers/noshing to include our classics like Crispy Pig Ears, PAB Chicken Bites and our Dirty Fry Bar along with some new options like our Med Mezze which can be a perfect entree with the addition of a Grilled Chicken Breast or Grilled Shrimp.
Our garden selections are amazing with the return of our Brussels and the addition of our Ancient Grains and the continuation of our Garden Salad, BLT Chop Salad and a new twist on our Burrata. Each item a perfect meal especially with a protein addition of Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp 🍤 and my favorite, Grilled Salmon 🎣
Our Handhelds feature our classic PAB Burger with Chef Michael’s famous Bacon Jam and for those looking for a great Angus Beef Burger made the classic style, we still have our OG and for those that really know, ask for Tatanka Style with house Gorg and house Buffalo 🦬 Sauce. We’ve added a delicious Turkey Burger and still have our classic Vege Delight and our Fried Chicken Sammy! 🐓 Black Bean Pattys made in house can be added or substituted and don’t forget to switch out the beef or fried chicken for Grilled Chicken for a healthier option.
Entrees include a new GF Salmon Dish and our new Border Town Bowl and Italian Beef. And of course, cannot forget the Mac’n Skillet of deliciousness and Thursday thru Sat - BBQ!
