Galaxian released in arcades in Japan - It was later released in December in North America

🕹👾 Galaxian was developed as an evolution of Space Invaders. It is a fixed shooter, where your goal is to destroy the oncoming fleets of alien spaceships by moving your own ship called the "Galaxip" left and right. The waves of enemies get more and more difficult, but there is not a true ending sequence.
It was also one of the first arcade machines to feature a full RGB color display! Complete with a moving background, and animated explosions.

Come on by the arcade today and give it a go 👏
