This week's newest bottle on our shelf will be...High West’s Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon.

High West’s Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon is a highly-rated, national release distilled entirely in-house at their facility in Wanship, Utah. Following the strict standards of the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act, the bourbon features a 64% Colorado yellow corn and 36% Idaho rye mash bill, is aged over 4 years at 4,000 feet of elevation, and is bottled at 100 proof.
