This is my last effort to sell this bar before we close it down. $60 grand buys EVERYTHING. All the equipment all the contents all the booze all the food. There is a 100k in equipment and assets alone and the liquor license is worth approx. $20 grand.
If it's not sold in 30 days we will start piecing items off. Any serious inquires please pm me.
The building is leased currently at $1750 per month.
We are set to close this tavern at the end of this month.
I hate to see this long time establishment close and I hate to see employees have to look for new jobs but we are sincerely out of options.
