To say we’re honored is a minimalist observation.
Here’s what Dr. Q shared about Katya Vineyards:
“To say this restaurant deserves to be in the list of best restaurants in the area is a minimalist observation. Don’t get disturbed by the entrance and lack of parking, inside the decor, atmosphere, the attention and friendliness that you will find is the prelude to one of the best dinning you’ll have.
Tony, the owner and chef, from Honduras, will individually prepare each dish you’ll enjoy, while letting Aaron the bartender prepare great libations. Or if you want a curated, not to extensive, but very good wine list is available.
And then the food: The presentation is magnificent in a simple way. The combination of elements in each plate is well presented, colorful, and attractive. The taste is amazing, incredible, and distinctive to each plate.
The food selection is variable for every taste. Appetizers, entrees, and desert are all marvelous pieces of art. In summary a unique almost perfect restaurant.”
