Is one bartender enough for 100 guests?
We personally as a business will not send out 1 bartender for 100 guests (even if it is just beer and wine), because we have learned over the years how important it is to maintain service and flow.
However, there have been very, very, very few events in which we have seen that one bartender can work, here are the best example:
—— An event where 100 guests come in staggered (not all at once) and beer and wine with limited choices is only being served. ———
There is a lot of prep our team does behind the scenes to prepare for events, so we always send out two bartenders even with a relatively simple menu. We’ve learned over the years what works best for our team, our clients and the quality of service we are trying to deliver.
