The gang is all here. Springbank is one of the few distilleries that still does things the traditional way—handling nearly every step of the wh**ky-making process on-site, from malting to bottling. The result? A spirit with unmistakable character, depth, and a loyal following around the world.

Come experience one of Scotland's most celebrated distilleries at Wh***ey Empire.

A cocktail with a little more meaning. 🥃 Throughout October, $1 from every Hope & Oak Old Fashioned sold at Wh***ey Empire will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in support of breast cancer awareness and research.
So raise a glass, enjoy a great Old Fashioned, and help us turn a good pour into a little more hope. Drink with purpose. Sip with hope. 💗

125.2 proof. Read that again. 🥃🔥 Big, bold, barrel-strength bourbon with the kind of proof that makes you slow down and pay attention. No shortcuts. No watering it down. Just straight-up Stagg doing what Stagg does best.
If high-proof bourbon is your thing, you already know what time it is.

1,400+ wh***eys. And counting. 🥃 At this point, calling it a wh***ey menu feels a little modest.
With more than 1,400 wh***eys available under one roof, Wh***ey Empire has grown into something pretty special—and we're pretty sure we’re home to the largest wh***ey collection on a menu in Illinois.
Bourbon. Rye. Scotch. Irish. Japanese. Rare bottles. Hidden gems. Old favorites. New obsessions.
Whatever your wh***ey rabbit hole looks like, there’s a pretty good chance we’ve got something waiting at the end of it.

Manners maketh the cocktail. 🥃
If you know Kingsman, you know the Golden Circle is no ordinary operation.
Our cocktail, The Golden Circle, starts with Old Forester distilled exclusively for Statesman, then gets turned into a cocktail worthy of the name. Smooth, sophisticated, and just dangerous enough to keep things interesting.

Bourbon Heritage Month has entered the chat. 🥃 September is basically our Super Bowl. We have 1,400+ wh***eys on the menu, there’s no shortage of bourbon to explore at Wh***ey Empire. From everyday favorites to bottles worth nerding out over—let’s pour.

LONG STRANGE DRIP 🐝 Sweet mash meets sour mash. Bourbon meets honey. And somehow, the result is pure liquid gold.
Sweet n’ Sour Mash® Honey Bourbon from Dark Arts Wh***ey House starts with two distinct fermentation paths before bringing them together with honey sourced from pollinators around the world. The result? A bourbon that's floral, bright, rich, and completely its own thing.
Think honeysuckle, candied citrus, orange blossom, ripe cherry, honeyed tea, and candied ginger, with just enough oak and warmth to keep things interesting.
Complex without being complicated. Sweet without being sugary. And definitely not your average bourbon.
Come get a taste of the Long Strange Drip at Wh***ey Empire. 🥃

Laphroaig 35 Year Old – Strong Characters: Chapter 2 is a rare Islay single malt that celebrates the legacy of Dugald Johnston, whose vision helped shape one of Scotland's most iconic distilleries.
After 35 years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, Laphroaig's signature peat smoke has softened into something beautifully refined—layered with creamy vanilla, gentle oak, and remarkable depth, while still holding onto the unmistakable character that made it legendary.
This isn't just an exceptional Scotch—it's a piece of wh**ky history.
