Our favorite kind of table: a bit of everything, and nobody in a hurry 🍷

We could never quite settle on how a lobster roll should be made, so we serve both 🦞

This is The Local — cold lobster, light herb-mayo, soft roll. Its counterpart, The Buttery, comes warm with lemon-butter. Same price, same lobster, two completely different afternoons.

So which is it: mayo or butter?
