Rex is an 8-year-old male German Shepherd waiting for his forever home at Associated Humane Societies Newark. Details below:

Senior GSD in need! 🙏 Can a rescue help?

Rex is a senior German shepherd mix, he’s 8 years old and a heartbreaking
69lbs. His hip bones are protruding and you can feel his ribs 😢

Rex needs someone to give him a better life! This senior boy is really easy going and friendly with people. He doesn’t seem to mind other dog friends when he sees them on walks but a dog meet is required. Rex just needs someone to care about him! A little time and TLC and Rex will be looking good as new! ❤️‍🩹
