The vault is officially cracking OPEN - 2009-10-13 Rejewvenator one of a kind at the time and pretty damn rare and exotic still - half dopplebock half Belgian double brewed with both Belgian ale and European lager yeasts. When we started in northern California in 1996, our first He’brew creation, Genesis Ale, came in 22s, hand bottled, hand labeled and delivered out of my grandmothers’ Volvo.

Founded as “a Jewish celebration craft beer” by proprietor Jeremy Cowan, HE'BREW Beer has incorporated quality, community, and shtick since their conception. Our beers are distributed in over thirty-seven U.S. states, by 40 distributors and in 5,000 retailers across the U.S. and Canada.

If you’re looking to stop by the Brewery and tasting room, we are located at 6 Fairchild Square in Clifton Park, NY. Hours are Tuesday – Thursday 4 PM – 9 PM, Friday 4 PM – 10 PM, Saturday 12 PM – 10 PM, and Sunday 12 PM – 7 PM. Brewery tours are offered every Saturday and Sunday throughout the day. We also have a new location, 518 Craft, at 200 Broadway Troy, New York 12180. Hours are Wednesday 4 PM - 10 PM, Thursday 4 PM - 10 PM, Friday 4 PM - 10 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 11 PM.
