Polkafest is here.

Beer, bacon, cheese, polka music, questionable decisions, and at least one person asking, “Do they really play accordion for THAT long?”

We’ve assembled a highly trained festival response team:

🍺 Jerilyn starts the party.
🍺 Sam keeps it going.
🍺 Carol closes it out.

Will there be polka?
Absolutely.

Will there be beer?
We’re not sure how to answer that without insulting your intelligence.

Will someone eventually yell “ONE MORE POLKA!”?
History says yes.

🍺 TONIGHT AT KLEEMAN’S BAR & GRILL 🍺

You ever wake up and think,

“Today’s gonna be a normal day.”

Well…

That was your first mistake.

Sam has the bar from 11am–6pm.

Jeff takes over from 6pm–Close.

Between the two of them, they’ll have approximately 18 hours of bartending experience today and 0 hours of explaining themselves.

Cold beer will be served.

Bad decisions will be made.

Someone will say, “I’m only having one.”

That person is a liar.

Someone will say, “I should probably head home.”

That person is also a liar.

Someone will accidentally become best friends with a complete stranger in the span of 12 minutes.

That’s just science.

So stop in, grab a drink, tell your friends you’ll only be out for an hour, and begin crafting the excuse you’ll use when they text asking where you’ve been for the last five.

🚨🎺🚨 AS***LE WEDNESDAY HAS OFFICIALLY GONE FULL POLKA. 🚨🎺🚨

We tried to stop him.

We really did.

But after approximately 47 bratwursts, 19 pounds of cheese, and one suspiciously large stein of beer, Sam has fully embraced Polkafest season and can no longer be reasoned with.

Witnesses report:
✅ Excessive accordion possession
✅ Unlicensed polka dancing
✅ Repeated use of the phrase “Oompah” in casual conversation
✅ An alarming increase in lederhosen ownership

As for Alyssa…

Well, someone has to keep this operation from turning into a traveling polka circus.

Will she succeed?

Probably not.

BARTOP BROTHERHOOD 🍻

Before anybody asks…

No, Sam and Jeff will not actually be standing on top of the bar.

No, we will not be wearing cutoff jean shorts.

No, our shirts will not be tied into crop tops.

And no, there are currently no plans for synchronized dance routines.

(Subject to change after approximately many Busch Light Apples and many Crown Apple shots, $3.75 and $6.00 respectively 😉😉.)

What is happening is a full day of drinks, Brewers baseball, laughs, questionable conversations, and the usual level of professionalism you’ve come to expect from us.

🚨🐟 SLEEPING WITH THE FISHES: DAY 2 🐟🚨

Before anyone asks…

No, it’s not a typo.
No, Facebook didn’t accidentally copy yesterday’s schedule.
No, Sam and Alyssa are not trapped in some kind of bartending time loop.

They are, in fact, working TWO DAYS IN A ROW.

After surviving As***le Wednesday, Sam somehow managed to wake up this morning still wearing the cement shoes. Alyssa has returned once again to check on his progress.

Alyssa: “Have you stopped being an as***le yet?”

Sam: “No.”

Progress remains limited.

Stop in for lunch, dinner, drinks, bad decisions, questionable life advice, and continued observation of whatever is happening between these two.
