The smoker will be rolling all weekend with USDA Prime brisket, fall off the bone ribs, smoked chicken, pulled pork, our famous Wagon Rolls, ice cold beer 🍺, old fashioneds 🥃, and enough comfort food to make Monday feel a million miles away.

Tonight’s the night.

Prime Rib starts at 4 PM and we’ll be slicing into some of the best beef you’ll put a fork into all year.

Tender. Juicy. Loaded with flavor. The kind of meal that has people planning their month around Prime Rib Night.

Hard to beat a Saturday night in Monticello with live music, cold drinks, and the smoker rolling. 🔥

Tomorrow night will be playing at the Pink Heifer Saloon & Smokehouse from 6 to 9 PM at 149 North Main St. and it should be a fun one.

If you haven’t made it in yet, this is the kind of place where people come for dinner and usually end up staying a lot longer than they planned. Brisket smoked for up to 14 hours, pulled pork, smoked chicken, Wagon Rolls, homemade sides, drinks flowing, and live music in a 130 year old building packed with people having a good time.

Nothing fancy. Just good food, good music, and good people.

Come hang out with us Saturday night. 🤠

We’re still thinking about last Sunday. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our fifth annual Mother’s Day Brunch at the Pink Heifer Saloon & Smokehouse in Monticello.

From the moment the doors opened until the last family headed home, the entire place was filled with moms, grandmas, great grandmas, and even a few great great grandmas surrounded by the people who love them most.

At one point, we looked across the dining room and saw four generations gathered around the same table. Moments like that are what this place is all about.

Thank you for the patience during the busy rushes, the smiles shared with our staff, and for making us part of your family traditions year after year.

Long after the doors closed Sunday night, our crew was still talking about how special the day felt.
