Putting out a fresh low cal plate today. Haven’t done this in years. It’s so hot, I thought I’d do it again.

Choice of seasoned grilled chicken breast or beef patty, Italian pasta salad, cottage cheese and fresh fruit

Watermelon 🍉 feta , cucumber mint salad with bacon bits and red onions
