🎶 The longest day of the year calls for live music, art, and community fun! Celebrate the summer solstice at Make Music Day on Sunday, June 21, from 6–8 p.m. at Market Plaza, located at 292 Tolle Street.

We’ll have live music from Pickin’ Circles and the Mid-Texas Symphony, art activities with muralist Jenkens2D, yard games, and a community sidewalk chalk mural.

Pack a picnic blanket, grab dinner from a downtown restaurant, and make an evening of it in Downtown New Braunfels. Go to newbraunfels.gov/makemusicday for more info.

Gourmage of Texas is hiring! We’re looking for a sociable, responsible (silly and fun work too!) person who can be a bartender, server, cheesemonger, chocolate seller, and do light food prep. Sounds like a lot, but it’s not a high-pressure situation, so runs pretty seamlessly. We need someone for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays; weekday availability is a plus. Service experience is also a plus.
This is a part-time position. Come by and fill out an app and we can chat!
