Watermelon Sour Patch candies will forever be my favorite. This drinkable version is reminiscent of them & perfect for summer—sour, sweet, & nostalgic af. 🍉

Watermelon Sour Patch

You’ll Need:
1 oz watermelon liqueur
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz melon syrup
Simple syrup & candy sugar for the rim
Watermelon candies for garnish

Prep your glass by brushing with simple and sprinkling some sugar from the bottom of your candy bag overtop—set aside. In a shaker, combine watermelon liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake with ice for 8 seconds. Add melon syrup to the bottom of your prepped glass and top with ice. Pour cocktail overtop. Garnish with a few watermelon candies.

Lychee Linen

You’ll Need:
1 oz lychee syrup
3 cucumber slices
2 oz indigo gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Lychee
Mint sprig

In a shaker, combine lychee syrup, cucumber, lemon, and ginger. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with lychee & a little mint.

Blistered Tomatotini

You’ll Need:
1/4 cup blistered tomatoes
3 oz vodka or gin
1/4 teaspoon peppercorns
Pinch of salt
Squeeze of lemon
Olive oil drizzle
Baby tomater, skewered

Muddle your blistered tomatoes and add vodka, peppercorns, salt, and lemon. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and garnish with a baby tomater.

If you like passion fruit, you have to try my creamy dreamy p*rnstar martini cocktail! Vanilla, Passion fruit, lemon, and condensed milk make this the best lemon drop variation I think I’ve had! Just chase it with a shot of Prosecco for true p*rnstsr martini vibes! ✨🥂

P*rnstar Martini Cocktail

You’ll Need:
1 tablespoon passion fruit guts
1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1.5 oz vodka
1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur
Lemon wedge
Passion fruit half

In a shaker, combine passion fruit guts, vanilla extract, passionfruit liqueur, vodka, condensed milk, and lemon juice. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and half a passion fruit.

Tropical Kiwi Margarita

You’ll Need:
1 oz kiwi syrup
1.5 oz tequila
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 tablespoon cream of coconut
1 oz fresh lime juice
Agave
Sugar/lime zest
Kiwi slice
Pineapple fronds

Prep your glass by brushing with agave and rolling in a sugar/lime zest mixture—set aside. In a shaker, combine kiwi syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, tequila, orange liqueur, and cream of coconut. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain over fresh ice into prepped glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a kiwi slice.

Spicy Paloma

You’ll Need:
2 oz tequila
1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Jalapeño slices
Sparkling water, to top
Agave
Tajin
Grapefruit wheel
Mint sprig

Prep your glass by brushing with agave and sprinkling tajin overtop—set aside. In a shaker combine jalapeno, tequila, grapefruit, and lime. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain into prepped glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with a rolled grapefruit wheel & a mint sprig.

I could pretty much turn into a cotton candy grape at this point, I’ve eaten so many this month. If you haven’t tried them yet, WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?! They taste like actual cotton candy, they’re so friggen good.

Cotton Candy Grape Spritz

You’ll Need:
Handful of cotton candy grapes
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz vodka
Prosecco to top
Frozen cotton candy grapes
Cotton candy & a couple grapes for garnish

In a shaker, muddle a handful of cotton candy grapes with simple syrup. Add lemon and vodka, and shake with ice for 8 seconds. In a wine glass toss in some frozen grapes and ice. Strain cocktail overtop, and top with Prosecco. Garnish with some actual cotton candy, and a couple more grapes.

They’re easy to make (I like to make it right in my glass) and even easier to drink. If you haven’t tried it yet, go on, getchu some.

Hugo Spritz

You’ll Need:
1 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
6 mint leaves
Prosecco, to top
Lime wheels
Mint sprig

In your wine glass, combine mint leaves, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and lime juice. Fill with ice and top with Prosecco. Stir to combine and garnish with lime wheels and a mint sprig.

When Mother’s Day & Cinco de Mayo fall in the same week, you gotta just mix everything together.

This Peach Bellini Margarita is peachy, bubbly, & the perfect way to celebrate either day 🍑✨

Peach Bellini Margarita

You’ll Need:
1 oz peach purée (easy recipe below)
1 oz tequila
1/2 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Prosecco, to top
Agave
Sugar
Peach slice
Mint sprig

Prep your glass by brushing with agave and sprinkling sugar overtop—set aside. In a shaker, combine peach purée, tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice. Shake with ice for 8 seconds. Strain into prepped glass over fresh ice and top with Prosecco. Stir to combine & garnish with a peach slice and a mint sprig.

Peach Purée
Toss a sliced peach, skin on, and 1/4 cup of simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
