🎆Hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th of July! 💙
~That being said, (and I never say anything) but this bothered me.
To the lady who called and got our answering machine, which told her everything she needed to know, and was recording her rant and complain about all the “up north” area businesses not being open or closing early (which we were open and didn’t really close early on the holiday )
~Did you stop to think about these businesses opening extra days?
~Or the young staff that may have had families too that wanted to enjoy the fireworks?
~Or the staff that are working in miserable, hot conditions in the kitchens or working double shifts?
The “up north” businesses can’t help that people vacation up here all at once.
These are all family owned businesses!
Not a big conglomerate that are in the city with multiple people to rotate and choose from that rotate shifts.
So, on behalf of all of us, please have a little respect and appreciation for the small business owners.
