🐟 Mahi Ruby Risotto — Fresh blackened Gulf mahi mahi topped with béchamel, served with creamy Parmesan ruby beet risotto and roasted tri-colored carrots.

🥓 Bourbon BBQ Pork Belly — Crispy pork belly coated in house-made BBQ sauce, served with coleslaw and cherry tomatoes on garlic bread.

Party in the Plaza is BACK for the Fall Series! 🍂🎶

Kick off Labor Day Weekend at Monty’s Lighthouse Cajun Bar & Grill with dinner, drinks, and three nights of live music in the plaza overlooking beautiful Lake Conroe.

Friday, Sept. 4 — Henry Williams
Saturday, Sept. 5 — CJ-Krae
Sunday, Sept. 6 — Buck Yeager

The bands perform in Waterpoint Plaza, and you can enjoy the music right from Monty’s patio while you eat, drink, and take in the lake views.

Today, we are saddened to hear of the passing of our longtime friend, Kevin Lamar.

For over 15 years, Kevin was a familiar face at Fajita Jacks and later with Party in the Plaza at Waterpoint, sharing his incredible talent, warm personality, and genuine love for people. What made Kevin truly special wasn’t just the music, it was the conversations, the friendships, and the way he made everyone feel welcome.

Whether he was on stage or chatting with guests between sets, Kevin had a gift for connecting with people and bringing smiles wherever he went.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Kevin’s family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched through his music and kindness.

On behalf of the entire Monty’s Lighthouse and Fajita Jacks family, we extend our deepest condolences.
