Job Title: Hourly Shift Manager
Location: 129 Coosa Street, Montgomery, AL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Hourly Shift Manager who is ready to lead by example, motivate crew members, and help drive daily operations to success.
Position Overview:
As an Hourly Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations during your shift, ensuring high standards of customer service, product quality, and store safety. This is a leadership role that requires a balance of strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members and crew on shift. Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
-Operations Management: Close the store, manage cash handling, complete shift paperwork, and maintain proper inventory levels.
-Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
-Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety/health regulations, and OSHA safety guidelines.
-Pace & Efficiency: Drive quality of service, ex*****on of daily tasks, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience: Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing management (Shift Leader, team lead, or similar roles) preferred.
-Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
-Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer/POS system skills.
-Availability: Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.
-Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
