It’s National Dairy Month, and around here that’s something worth celebrating. 🐄

Every month we use thousands of pounds of Wisconsin cheese. Our mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, and Romano comes from grandecheesecompany, supporting approximately 65 family-owned Wisconsin dairy farms, including several right here in Dane County.

Supporting local farms isn’t a marketing slogan for us, it’s how we’ve built our business. 🌾🚜

We don’t use “pizza cheese” blends loaded with fillers, modified food starches, wood cellulose, or natamycin.

Just exceptional cheese made from real Wisconsin milk. 🥛🧀

We’re also proud to be one of the largest users of uplandscheese Pleasant Ridge Reserve in the area, featured on our Woodsman Pizza, along with outstanding cheeses from Hook’s, Carr Valley, Farmer John’s, Emmi Roth, Montchevre, sartoricheese, and other Wisconsin producers.

From mozzarella and aged cheddar to gouda, blue cheese, chèvre, and award-winning alpine-style cheeses, we’re serious about supporting Wisconsin dairy farmers and artisan cheesemakers. ❤️

Good pizza starts with great ingredients, and we’re fortunate to have some of the best dairy farmers and cheesemakers in the world right here in Wisconsin. 🍕🏆

Beer-battered Pacific cod, crispy fries, with house slaw and tartar sauce. Perfect with a cold drink and a table full of friends arguing over trivia answers!

And making its trivia night debut: our NEW Charred Baby Gem salad. Smoky grilled baby gem lettuce with tahini vinaigrette, toasted almonds, marinated artichokes, pomegranate seeds, feta, and fresh edible flowers. 🌸
