Fun, energetic, mish mash of music playlists, dimly lit with candles, a favorite hang-out for our hospitality industry brethren, serving hand-crafted cocktails and award-winning gnosh...that pretty much sums up Parlour Bar. Parlour Bar is yet another cocktail lover's destination in Minneapolis. Conceptualized and trained by Jesse Held about concocting both whimsical and classic libations, there is nothing the barkeeps here cannot make to satisfy. Although in the basement of Borough, the wall of 6 foot windows and the garden view, allows all to gaze upon the beautiful Minneapolis skyline and passer-bys alike. Enjoying a carefully crafted cocktail while gnoshing on some delicious bites from the upstairs kitchen, did we mention the award-winning Parlour Burger?! There is not enough space to write about the burger....you'll have to try it for yourself, but trust us...it's worth a visit! Parlour is truly a cocktail and food lovers paradise. You'll usually find other bartenders and servers from around the city hanging out and letting their "hair down".
