Some people pride themselves on running marathons; some take pride in the amount of water they consume daily. Introducing Bash, Modist’s self-proclaimed Water Champ. In between sips of water, you can catch him hiking, on a bike ride, at the gym, making chainmaille jewelry, at a concert, or playing fetch with his torbie cat Lela. Bash’s perfect weekend would be with his girlfriend CJ in a shady hammock spot, a couple of tasty b**rs, a fire, and no phones.

If you see Ash, you’re likely to see her with her face in a book. If you catch her in the wild, you’re probably on a hike, or you’re on a lake, and she’s on her paddle board (probably still reading). In her downtime, she enjoys crocheting, painting, training dogs, or researching her next hyperfixation hobby, although “finishing” said hobby is a whole separate skill she’s still working on. Even though Ash trains dogs, she’s got 2 cats at home, her First Mate Gibbs and Princess Peach.

The youngest of 15 kids, yes 15, Joe comes to us from the Cornhusker State. When he isn’t behind the bar, you can find him running, participating in rec league sports, or screaming his lungs out at concerts. Joe and his partner are proud rescue parents to two furry companions, Dominic Toretto, a 55 lb cuddle bug from MN Pitbull & Winifred Sanderson from Feline Rescue, who prefers not to be touched/approached/talked about. Sorry, Winifred.
