Across the foyer from The Fitz, the Ambassador’s lounge, Gin Rickey, features an eclectic menu of pre-prohibition-inspired artisan cocktails, a sommelier crafted wine collection and a variety of local craft and micro brews. The lounge offers a separate culinary menu with lunch, dinner and late night dining.

This is our Beetroot Citrus Salad featuring house roasted golden and red beets, arcadia greens, goat cheese crumbles, shaved red onion, candied pecans, orange segments and balsamic vinaigrette. As always, add chicken, salmon or grilled shrimp to add some protein!
