We work in a volatile industry during very difficult times. While the Busby’s team tries our best to be the best little neighborhood bar we can be for you all, it’s hard not to take the hate personally. First it’s the attacking reviews like, “you are the Burnhearts of St Francis”. And now someone’s Grandpa is sending clips like this 😞. Come on y’all! We just want to serve up slushie cocktails and Malört shots in peace. We promise we will get better and maybe achieve being the Izzy’s of Bay View instead. And on a side note, please don’t introduce AI to the elderly.

Find Your New Favorite White Wines

Many of the world’s most respected white wines are made from grape varieties that have been cultivated for centuries, yet remain unfamiliar to many American wine drinkers. This tasting highlights six wines that reflect the history, traditions, and regional identity of some of Europe’s most important wine-growing areas, alongside two Californian interpretations of white wines orignally from Southern France.

Join Certified Sommelier Nate Norfolk as he explores the stories behind these historic wines and the grapes that define them. From the barrel-aged white wines of Rioja, a style with roots dating back to the 19th century, to Falanghina, an ancient grape cultivated in Campania since Roman times, and Chenin Blanc from France’s Loire Valley, one of the country’s oldest wine regions, each wine offers a different perspective on the evolution of white wine. The tasting also includes Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier, varieties whose origins trace back to the Rhône Valley and continue to influence winemaking around the world.

Off Shore Food Truck is taking a day off of being Milwaukee’s premiere seafood mobile chefs and expressing their love for all things hot dog for one day only!

We hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend. Busby’s is just happy to welcome you back on the patio now that it’s less than sauna conditions Friday and Sunday, however we are taking Saturday off for parades and playing with fire.
