Chief among these spirits that we'll be proudly highlighting will be our distinctly selected assortment of Whiskeys, Scotches and Bourbons. Our very name was an inspiration of the process in which some of these artful spirits are born. The tradition of charring oak barrels to age and infuse the flavors, colors and aromas in some of the spirits are subject for much appreciation. Our decor throughout The Charred Oak Tavern will respectively reflect this theme along with reclaimed wood, centuries old timbers, and impressive high-end displays.
