This building fed our community for 80 years --then it closed in 2008 and a lot of us never got to eat here again.
We bought it in October. The brewery stays. The famous restaurant is coming back.
While we finish the kitchen, we opened a food trailer so you can still eat and drink here. Same walls. Same history. A place to sit, relax, and belong while going down memory lane.

150-gallon vats. Sold as-is.

Thunderbird Planetary Mixer (ARM60)
60-quart monster. No bowl, needs cord & switch.

Cleveland Steamers (Pair)
Two units. Operating status unknown (should work) — haven’t been used in 15 years.

Join us on Sunday from 1-6 PM for our Fall Market. Lots of different vendors offering a variety of items including, both not limited to: honey, specialty coffee, baked goods, clothing, decor, seasonal items, candles, teas, blankets, handmade journals, bookish items, and more! All vendors are local and you are supporting small home-based businesses. Vendors change weekly, so no two Sundays are the same. Plus we have the NFL Sunday Ticket so come shop, sip, and catch a game! And if you haven't heard, our food trailer is now open! Come grab a bite while you're here! **r

We’re pouring our hearts (and a whole lot of concrete and asphalt) into bringing Peerless Mill Inn and Brewery back to life the way it deserves. ❤️

Look at this:
• The brand-new driveway on the south side is finally finished
• Progress is moving fast on the new entrance off 1st Street
• And yes… we’re ripping up that awful parking lot. Fresh asphalt is on the way!

It’s messy, it’s loud, and it’s a ton of work—but every shovel-full and every load of blacktop is us investing everything we have into making this place something special again. We’re not just fixing things. We’re rebuilding the soul of Peerless Mill.

The best part? We’re still open every single day while all of this is happening. And the food trailer is officially open and serving—finally!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sticking with us through the dust, the detours, and the construction chaos. You guys are the reason we keep pushing.

Come see the progress, grab a bite from the trailer, and raise a glass with us. This is only the beginning.
