A moment for our custom cocktails 😍

These are easily my favorite part of an event, getting to design a custom themed menu with delicious signature cocktails/mocktails with a custom finishing touch.

With our upgraded tossware and customized packages, we serve your signature cocktails from high quality acrylic cups with personalized tags, stirrers, toppers or floaters. Think✨ your new last name ✨ monogram, Polaroid photos, hell, we’ll even even print your dog 😅 something I would have 1000% done before children. We love these custom wooden stirrers and gold acrylic drink toppers from local Cincy woman owned 😍

Turning a vision into reality ✨ Meet the girl behind the bar✨ Part II

Mane Event Trailer Co. is new to us, bartending and event planning is not 😊

Jon & I have been licensed bartenders since 2020 when we started bartending events and then weddings in 2022. We took a break after having our babies back to back.

Now, the bartending team is back- with a trailer! And we have a lot of help and support alongside us from amazing family & friends.

Bigger and better than ever! My favorite part of owning Mane Event Trailer Co. is the creative outlet. From restoring an old horse trailer to curating themed menus and crafting cocktails- no two events are the same.

The bar is the biggest guest touch point- we set the tone for your event and we interact with your guests the most. We’re here to match the vision for your event and raise the bar!

We are quickly becoming known for our creative and delicious cocktails- but what makes your event a success is truly the systems in place to help the bar run smoothly and efficiently.

We will recommend suggestions based of guest count and provide solutions like a cocktail grazing table to keep the bar flowing and ensure a great guest experience. We will design a menu for your event with your budget in mind and provide you with a shopping list. We can arrange to have it delivered or we’ll even pick it up for you. We’ll handle the rest- the cups, the garnishes, the NA ingredients.

We work within the parameters or limitations of your venue. Does your venue allow us access to their walk in cooler? If not, we can be fully self sufficient & are equipped with:

✅ A large ice bin & speed rail, a second ice bin below for bottles & cans and an additional rolling ice bin with ice for drinks
✅ A mini commercial fridge for garnishes & mixers
✅ Two tap tower for cold brew and cocktails on tap with additional options to batch cocktails or mixers for faster bar service
✅ 4 tap jockey box to serve ice cold beer out of 4 kegs at once
✅ Bourbon barrels to set up a hydration station outside of the bar area to ease bar traffic

We truly have thought of everything when designing the trailer and picking out equipment. It may seem inconvenient that you provide the alcohol- but it really is the game changer that saves you money in the long run.
