Located right on the county line between Menomonee Falls and Germantown, Brisco County still remains one of the area’s hottest restaurants, going stronger than ever since opening at this location in 1997. The atmosphere at Brisco County is casual yet lively, featuring Black Angus beef, Farmland pork ribs, and our famous rotisserie chicken, all cooked over our Wood Grill.
