Bandero County Wood Grill, located in Menomonee Falls, is the brainchild of three brothers who shared a love for all things American, especially the cowboy lifestyle. Located right on the county line between Menomonee Falls and Germantown, Brisco County still remains one of the area’s hottest restaurants, going stronger than ever since opening at this location in 1997. The atmosphere at Brisco County is casual yet lively, featuring Black Angus beef, Farmland pork ribs, and our famous rotisserie chicken, all cooked over our Wood Grill. Our Saloon is one of the best spots in the area to stop and “belly up” with friends With a vast selection of wine, beer, martinis, specialty drinks, and spirits, we’ve got just the thing to satisfy any taste.
