We’ve got another killer special for you this week, the Steak and Garlic Confit Baguette! We are putting 7oz of our legendary in-house cooked prime rib on a toasted baguette with a fresh confit garlic spread. “Shots?”

That is the usual question this week’s Staff Spotlight will ask after welcoming guests into Meg’s, and what better way to welcome someone into an Irish pub? Brandon has been serving our guests for the past few years, and in that time has built countless great relationships with them as an ambassador for Meg’s.

Brandon is originally from South Florida (if you couldn’t tell by the Dolphins gear😂). He then made his way up to North Carolina before moving down to this area after meeting his biological father. His favorite meal at Meg’s? The Bone-in Pork Chop (probably the most common response from our staff, have you tried one yet?). Be sure to say hi Brandon next time you are in Meg’s!
