A first look at what's coming Thursday, September 10: Uncorked W**e Tasting Series launches at The Landing Rooftop, and limited seats are available for the first one.

Chef Alexis has built The California Pour menu around four courses paired with Trinchero W**e Estates w**es, from tropical shrimp ceviche to a plantain-crusted Florida grouper to a chocolate ganache bundt to close it out, each matched to its own pour from Sauvignon Blanc to Zinfandel.
