It’s been often imitated, but no one has ever come close to duplicating it. We take quality bone it pork butts( chill weirdos the butt is the front shoulder😉) dry rub and inject with 🍎 juice, smoke for 24 hours with locally sourced applewood, pulled by hand and 1/3 lb is thrown on a fresh Kaiser roll and topped with slaw and sauce. It’s definitely a 2 hander lol.

B-O-D-E-G-A-S are back BABY!!! NYC’s answer to the Philly cheesesteak, the Chopped Cheese sandwich 🤤 (Bodega)
1/2 lb burger chopped on the flattop and mixed with American cheese and added to an amoroso hoagie roll, topped with lettuce, onion and Heights grown tomatoes 🍅 and a squeeze of homemade Mac sauce 🤯

OUI OUI!! 🇫🇷 The Tour de France has come and gone this year with a course record speed of 43.28 km/hr!! Luckily for us, the speed limit in the Heights is approximately 43 KPH(26mph)😉This Thursday ONLY at the MHFC 🚒 from 6- sellout it’s Parlez vous Francais night at da hosie!

🇫🇷 Chicken Cordon Bleu and Poutine gravy fries🤤 Breaded fried chicken with a slice of tavern ham and Swiss cheese with a sq**rt of Dijon on an amoroso roll with an order of shoestring fries with rich brown gravy🤤
