Time for a little MN State Fair fun at Grackle!🎡

Snack on some cheese curds while sipping a Pickle-on-a-Stick Margarita, Strawberry Shortcake Martini, or a Strawberry Dirty Soda (NA).🍹

State Fair features available through Sunday, September 6th; Grackle will be closed Monday, September 7th for the Labor Day holiday. Let’s soak up the last days of summer!😎☀️

“Why Grackle?”🐦‍⬛

Listen, we get it: they’re not exactly anyone’s favorite bird. 👀

Grandma Margie & her cafe sparked our love of restaurants & hospitality. We opened a restaurant in 2020, named it Margie’s, and clawed our way through some really tough times, with the support of our awesome community🤝 - and that awesome grandma!🥹

When we had the opportunity to open a new spot in Maple Grove, our vision was aesthetically a little different… but community building was still the primary mission. 🌱

Grackle winks at the annual Winthrop celebration that brought Grandma Margie’s small town together year after year, while welcoming an entirely different version of community in this bustling suburb. Join us - take a peek at our lobby art, wander over to the bar, or settle under the big greens with a bunch of friends… let’s keep the party rockin’, Maple Grove. 🍁🫶

Elote August is upon us!😎

Starting Saturday, August 1st, at Margie’s AND Grackle, we’re filling our weekends with Chef Diego’s *best* corn-forward eats:

•Agave Jalapeño Elotes (traditional, to-die-for)
•Street Corn/Elote Dip (a little different spin at each location, served with chips)
•Elote Tots (a pile to satisfy a ravenous crew)
•Elote Pizza (Margie’s fans: you know the one! Grackle gang: GF crust only… but we want you to experience this goodness, too.)
⏰ Elote specials are available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays after 3pm at Grackle & after 4pm at Margie’s.
