Our latest features are here at W***y McCoy’s Champlin, with a State Fair-inspired favorite and a few more dishes worth trying.

Gyro Tacos
Toasted mini naan shells filled with seasoned beef, shredded romaine, tomatoes, onions and our house Donair sauce.

State Fair PB&J Burger
Two grilled patties layered with house-made blackberry habanero jam, candied bacon, pepper jack cheese and peanut butter, all served on a fried pretzel bun.

Gochujang Chicken & Tortellini
Cheese-stuffed tortellini and grilled chicken tossed in a creamy gochujang sauce with melted fontina, finished with sriracha, parmesan and parsley.

Summer Beet Salad
Fresh arugula tossed in a lemon honey basil vinaigrette with mandarin oranges, grapefruit, beets, feta and pistachios. Add your choice of protein!

Two seared patties stacked on parmesan-crusted sourdough with Swiss cheese, bacon, mixed greens, sautéed mushrooms and house-made garlic truffle aioli.

Philly Waffle Fry Nachos
