Denver’s Polka Folka mixes traditional European polkas and waltzes with pop songs, regional Mexican and U.S. polka styles—and a whole lot of energy. These guys know how to turn a biergarten into a party.⁠

🎷 2–5 PM | Shmenge’s Revenge⁠
This Colorado saxophone quintet trades concert hall vibes for full-blown Oktoberfest mode, transforming into a lively polka and oompah band complete with traditional tunes, plenty of laughs, and a nod to SCTV’s legendary Shmenge Brothers.⁠

🍻 5–7 PM | Denver’s Thirsty 5⁠
Two clarinets. Trumpet. Trombone. Tuba. Maximum oompah. Denver’s Thirsty 5 closes out the day with traditional German polkas, waltzes, marches, and all the biergarten energy we can handle.⁠

Her original songs explore themes ranging from loss to forgiveness and gratitude, holding onto hope while addressing social issues and calling for activism. T invites listeners to step into a world of musical emotion, a space in which song and strings resonate with universal human experiences. She is a founding member of Lois and the Lantern and Ruthless Ginsburg, and has written and released songs with both bands as well as solo work.
