Economic forecasts indicate restaurants and the foodservice industry could sustain $225 billion in losses and eliminate 5-7 million jobs over the next three months. Yesterday, 4 Star Restaurant Group made the difficult decision to close four locations temporarily. What was even harder was having to let go of nearly 450 4 Star employees. The hardships ahead aren't entirely known, but we know it's not going to be easy for anyone.

To us, the communities that we work and live in mean so much and given the seriousness of what's happening right now, we're taking steps to ensure that everyone is healthy and feels safe.
