Time for a change-up! We brought you this Grilled Halloumi & Quinoa Salad a couple of summers ago, and it was so good that we decided to bring it back. We couldn’t stop thinking about the perfect play between textures and flavors. The crunch of almonds and cucumber, the fresh and peppery mint and arugula, the briney olives and zingy pickled onions – all balanced by the earthy Quinoa and smoky grilled Halloumi cheese. Oh, happy day! Peanut Shrimp and Ramen Bowls are back at ZAZA! This beloved seasonal special is the perfect bowl. It’s packed with Sesame-Peanut-Ginger Ramen on a bed of crisp Napa Cabbage, Sweet Peppers, and Cucumber and topped with Wood-Oven Roasted Garlic Shrimp, an 8-minute Boiled Egg, Cilantro, Green Onion, Black and Roasted Sesame Seeds, Crushed Peanuts, & Lime.
