Good news this week 🌱

The h**p ban has officially been pushed back another month — from November 12 to December 11, 2026.

This gives our industry, advocates, and lawmakers more runway to push for real regulation instead of a blanket ban.

It’s not a permanent fix, but it’s a win — more time means more chances to get this right. We’ll keep you posted.🙏

On August 8, 2026, the Senate passed a Continuing Resolution that includes language delaying the recriminalization deadline to December 11, 2026. The bill now moves to the House of Representatives.
